The other day I was going thru a family photo album and came across some pictures of a holiday that my better half and I took to Mexico. It brought back some great memories of times that we had together as well as the close companionship that we felt. We planned the trip far in advance and did our very best to get ready for every eventuality. We drove a rental automobile everywhere we went and felt exceedingly comfortable. We purchase Mexican car insurance before the trip and had the confidence that if anything unfortunate happened that we were properly covered.

One of the biggest reasons that insurance is bought is for the confidence that it gives you. Considering the number of travelers that are on the public road and roads it is truly quite superb how few accidents occur. I travel the same road to work every day, along with thousands of others that travel that same road and yet I dont see and accident every day, if fact I dont see an accident every week. It is actually unlikely that anything will occur while on vacation, but if something were to happen you would ideally want the right protection. That’s the biggest reason that we buy insurance of any sort, and that includes Mexican vehicle insurance.

But there is one more reason to make the purchase : It is required by law. Not only is it a law you’ve got to have Mexican car insurance while driving in Mexico, it is a felony to drive without it. Dont think that just because you current insurance carrier will provide coverage for an accident that occurs inside a limited distance inside Mexico you’re fine. The cover of the accident is only part of the tale. The other part of the tale is your desiring to stay clear of jail because that is exactly where you’ll finish up if you cant provide valid proof of money responsibility to the Mexican police officers.

I know that not everyone will follow my advice, but I wish that they might. I’ve seen some pretty heavy mistakes that folks have made while on holiday or about insurance in general. Mexican car insurance is easily purchased online and in the comfort of your office or home, and it’s also pretty cheap. Go with the assurance that it’ll give you and enjoy your holiday as the memories are actually priceless.
.

Hello Im an insurance broker and have been for roughly 15 years now. As an insurer’s agent I’m able to see lots of accidents later, and I could share some extremely unusual stories with you. I have sold all sorts of insurance : automobile, home, business, life, health, incapacity, etcetera, and I are presently selling Mexican car insurance.

Insurance in Mexico is a little bit different animal than it is in the U. S. , as there are some coverage limitations that someone from the united states would not expect to encounter. Below I have listed just one or two of these differences, and please do not confuse this with a complete list of all the differences, because there are too many to list.

•	Need combined single limit policy – no split limits

•	“Named perils” policy versus “all risk” policy

•	Legal Aid

Now I would like to draft a bit about what exactly is mixed single limit insurance. This alludes to the responsibility policy limit only. It doesn’t affect the physical damage coverage for you automobile. Now, I know that I just lost a few of the people, because they didnt understand what I just asserted. Liability alludes to damage that you cause people and their property and are therefore legally obliged to pay, and the limit of responsibility on the policy is just the maximum that the insurance firm will pay regardless of the amount of damages.

combined single limit coverage is extraordinarily helpful in Mexico thanks to the small amount of bodily injury claims. You aren’t legally responsible for agony and suffering in Mexico. The sole bodily injury allegations that are paid are for doctor’s bills and other direct compensation payments, and that means that the quantity of insurance that you will need to get for bodily injury accidents is seriously reduced. A lot of the limit should be available for property damage claims. The spilt limit that is used in the U. S. seriously boundaries the amount of coverage available for property damage claims and is therefore inappropriate for use in Mexico.

A holiday will last anywhere from 1 or 2 days to a fortnight, but the memories will last a whole life. I really hope that you enjoy your vacation, and you purchase Mexican car insurance before your trip.

A couple of weeks back I had a quiet conversation with my pop. He and my Mom came by the house and we made a decision to cook some burgers. While I was flipping the burgers me and my pop got wrapped up on what we were up to. I told him a little bit about selling Mexican car insurance online and some of the coverages concerned. He let me know all about the time that he went to Mexico and made a decision to make an early return to circumvent the heat of the day. I suspect that the Mexican police decided that only drug runners travel at three oclock in the morning. Anyway he was pulled over numerous times and queried about his activities.

Things will be different in Mexico. They talk a different language and they have different customs, and virtually everything is merely a bit different south of the border. I have included a list of some of the things that you should expect to be different on your vacation.

•	Don’t drive and talk on the phone; it is illegal.

•	Request a written ticket from police officers in Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada and Mexicali because you can send your fine in the mail from the United States.

•	All speed limits signs are posted in kilometers and 1 mile is equal to 1.6 kilometers.

•	Just like in the United States traffic laws are different and vary from state to state.

•	Watch very closely for obstacles, animals, and people.

Before going, make sure that you purchase Mexican auto insurance, as it is regarded as a felony to drive in Mexico without it. Now, I know that you insurance agent told you that his policy provided coverage inside a limited distance in Mexico, and it does not matter. The issue is not whether there’s coverage for the accident, but whether you can prove to the Mexican law enforcement officials that you’ve got insurance coverage. Remember that they do not read English and do not have any united states records, and cant confirm any coverage. Additionally, not all insurance carriers provided coverage outside of the united states so you cant blame him for being distrustful of your proof of insurance card.

i hope that you’ve got a most smashing holiday. The memories will last a lifetime. And don’t forget to purchase Mexican car insurance online before you go.
